Workout Splits and Routines
Push, Pull, Legs (PPL)
The PPL split organizes training based on movement patterns:
- Push Day: Chest, shoulders, triceps
- Pull Day: Back, rear delts, biceps
- Leg Day: Full lower body
Upper / Lower Split
4x per week alternating upper and lower days.
Full Body Split
Trains all muscles 3x per week. Great for beginners.
Bro Split
- Monday: Chest
- Tuesday: Back
